WELCOME HOME!
So you've decided to join us here at Firefly Falls? Well, let us be the first to welcome you! Although quick links are at the top of the page, just wanted to put it all into words for everyone!
Well where do I go from here?
The first thing to do would be to create your character. You can do so by going to the Character Applications board under the Character Shenanigans board. The application can be found here, along with just some basic rules. You'll need to wait to be accepted before you start roleplaying, but you can go ahead and get your claims up!
Claims
There are several different Claims boards on Nightmares, trying to keep things orderly in Firefly Falls. The most important claim would be the Face claim if you are playing a human. It is important to also check here before you make your character, just to make sure the face isn't already claimed.
If you are going to be playing a student, you will need to post them in the Students List. If you need help deciding what year your student would fall in, please feel free to ask.
If you are playing an adult, or if your student might want a part time job (over the age of 16) then please check out the Jobs Listing to see where they are available. Each district has their own listing of jobs, as well as a listing in the Andromeda Office of the school and in the stable records.
If you are boarding your horses, or if you are playing an owned horse, you will need to post in the list for where you are boarding. There is the English barn, Polaris and the Western barn, Siris.
If you have any questions, or are not sure where to post a claim, please do not hesitate to ask!
Trackers and Plotters
Next step would be to get your tracker up, which can be found in the Diaries/Character Logs board, and of course the plot pages board, which is found in the plot pages board.
Any questions please feel free to message Ostrich and she'll get back to you within a few hours probably. We are mostly all on East Coast time, so if it's two AM there it might be a little longer than if it was 2 PM there. If it's during regular hours, stick around in the c-box for about thirty minutes and I can almost guarantee you someone will be along and they can either get ahold of me or be able to answer your questions!
