It is heated and there is a panel to look out into the indoor arena. There is also a refrigerator and a microwave for quick lunches.

Well, it's really just concrete, but this is what some of the older residents call the stall rows; once they laid the concrete down over the dirt it seemed liked gold. The aisles are diligently swept and kept pristine, giving the name some credibility.
There are two tack rooms that branch off of here, one is the boarding tack room which is larger and has space for lockers. The second is smaller and is used for the school horses.

An indoor arena sure to make a king blush; the indoor is attached to the stables and has a viewing window from the tack room. It is roughly a thirty by seventy size, with plenty of room to set up jumps or dressage cones.

Equal in size to the indoor, there is a small shed boarding the arena where the jumps for shows and dressage fence walls are kept. It is sand and blue stone, making for good traction. It is just down the hill from the barn, and there is an overhanging shelter nearby in case it starts to rain.

The larger paddock is about twenty acres, and has a small pond in the middle of it that can be fished in. Periodically the horses will go in for a swim.
