Here is a complete listing of the students who attend Quasar Academy sorted by year. Quasar Academy provides schooling for all ages on the Island, including some online college classes.

ZERO YEARS
Zero years are the students who are below grade 7. This includes all students under the age of 13 that are not advanced studies. As the Academy generally does not see many of these students coming to them for boarding purposes, most of these students will be living with their parent or guardian. They are given their choice of elective ranging from general shop class to an extra science course. In English, they will begin learning about writers such as Shakespeare, but will not yet be required to read one of his plays. Mathematics will go up to geometry or pre-algebra.

FIRST YEARS
First years are what would be classified in the American schooling system as eighth graders. They are typically between the ages of 13-14. Typically, they will be taking Algebra 1 in Mathematics, learning Civics in history, and will be required to read Shakespeare in English class.

SECOND YEARS
Second years are what would be classified in the American schooling system as ninth graders or freshman. They are typically between the ages of 14 and 15. They will typically be learning American History, Geometry, and begin learning more in depth about classic literature.

THIRD YEARS
These are typically considered your sophomores, from the ages of 15 to 16. They will typically be learning more in depth geometry in Mathematics, World History, new age classics such as Great Gatsby and Great Expectations as well as poetry in English. They may choose to take Advanced Placement courses to get ahead with college credits, but they may only take up to six AP hours.

FOURTH YEARS
Fourth years are typically considered your juniors in the American system. They are generally age 16 to 17. As a fourth year, up to 12 AP credit hours can be taken. They will typically be learning in depth American History, Trigonometry, and the study of language.

They can take their entire school year in AP credits, if they so desire. Typically, this is when a student will graduate from the Academy.
