Grim | Grim is short for Grim Reaper's Pleasure. She is a 16hh Midnight black 6 year old mare. A blaze and four white stockings are all that would allow anyone to see this reincarnation of the devil in the darkest of nights. By then though it might be too late. Grim is the sort of mare who fears nothing. At least nothing that won't threaten her freedom. Losing her freedom through any means, or more specifically being capture by humans to perform to their "Whims" as well as the loss of her homeland, the place where her family and lineage can grow are probably the only two things that Grim actually fears. Should anything threaten her or her family, Grim is known to have quite the temper. She will fight like the devil himself has come out to play should any threat be brought around her. That doesn't mean that Grim isn't capable of love however, it's just very rare that she ever really shows it. It's just not particularly seen as Love, borders the line of "Tough Love" and "Abuse" almost. Stallions and Geldings are more likely to get what she calls "Kindness." Humans and mares though? Well.. they'd be lucky if they didn't invoke the wrath of the devil himself in the reincarnation. Grim is not nice at all and would be most likely to kill anyone who tries to take away her freedom. She's devoted and she's loyal to her herd and her Jack. Other then that, you better watch your back. Friends: Not many would be in this category. This one will mostly be her foals, and a few of the mares within Jack's herd. Enemies: Anything really that threatens her family or her freedom. Human especially as Grim can't stand them or the way they steal freedom from those who are free to try and bend them to their will. Lovers: Grim's heart belongs to Ostrich 's Skellington Jack and there's is nothing in this world that could change that. Tracker You Talkin To Me Smalls? - Herd Thread//Active |

Bayside Dream | Bayside Dream is a 3 year old White Grey Andalusian standing at 15.3 hands tall when she is fully matured. She was originally bred to be apart of the Medieval Times horse program, however she was growing blind in her right eye and was therefore sold as a yearling. She went from Orlando, Florida to Arizona before being sold once more to an owner on the outskirts of Providence. Life was great for Bayside and the older gentleman who worked on her ground manners. The little mare found that she had quite enjoyed his company out in the quiet outskirts of the city. Unfortunately for the sweet mare, the time was cut short after six months when he fell ill and was forced to sell her. The sales barn being not too kind of a place for a three year old who was blind in one eye. That is, until someone who was just like her walked in. He was a rough looking man but Bayside found that she could trust him. Thus how she was bought by Ostrich 's Archie. Friends: Bay is a very sweet and kind mare most of the time, and if you carry treats around with you she is bound to be your best friend. Enemies: This is reserved for anyone who might be a danger to anyone she comes to care about. For right now this is mainly anyone who is a danger to Archie. Lovers: Bayside is still young and has not found anyone for such a thing yet. |

Kyuuka Arashi | Arashi was born on a breeding barn for high quality Dutch Warmbloods in Miami, Florida. She was sold as a yearling to a trainer that lived in Kentucky so that she could begin the road towards her career. Once she was in training she worked eagerly. She was entered into a few small local shows, competing In-hand and under-saddle. When she hit the age of three she was placed in the auction for a semi-low price for her pedigree and for her potential. The reason for her being sold was due to her trainer getting into an accident that left her unable to ride anymore. Unfortunately for Arashi, it wasn't the trainer who'd wanted to sell her, it was the trainer's family. One family had Bought Arashi just before moving close to Providence, but found that a few months later she wasn't a match for them. Now Arashi is looking for a permanent home in Providence. Arashi is quite the mare. Even for being young she seemed to have inherited the best of qualities from her parents. She's intelligent, brave and she loves to please people. Albeit once she gets comfortable with someone, they find she can be quite the clown, always loving to play games. Once she steps into an arena though or onto show grounds, it's almost as if it's all work and no plat until she's done what's been asked of her. With those that can get close to Arashi, they realize she is a bit mouthy, but not so much in the bad way, more in the way that she just really likes to play games almost all the time. If you have any grooming supplies near her, she'll pick them up in her mouth and toss them, as if she's playing fetch. Hats are another love of Arashi's, mainly anything that she might think she can play with, she will. She won't keep it for long either, just for a few moments really before politely seemingly to return it. When it comes to Riding, Arashi was trained with a gentle hand so she's quite sensitive to aids, not even really needing a crop in order to get her moving forward. She puts all of her attention into the person on her back and takes care to make sure they don't fall off. If someone were to fall off however, she'd stop and stay with them unless it was a combination jump for which she'd than finish the combination to her best ability before returning back to her rider. Friends: Arashi is quite a lovable mare, so long as she gets the feeling that you are kind as a person, she'll get along with you just fine. Enemies: This is for those who are a little too rough, Arashi is quite sensitive about a lot so if you use too much body pressure near her or just overall angered or annoyed, she will want nothing to do with you, even if you have treats. Lovers: She's only three for goodness sake! But I'm sure Howie will find her a lovely partner should she ever get to the broodmare stage. Twilight Armageddon | From the Time that Twilight was born, his owners didn't care too much about him. They didn't try to handle him at all until about the time it came for weaning, and when he didn't respond the way they wanted, they beat him into it. This went on for about 3 years, until something awoke in the colt and he started striking out at those who'd beaten him. Eventually he was gated out into a pasture and left there for two years, leaving him nothing but the occasional hay and grass to eat. This left the stallion a bit under weight and seemingly angrier. When he turned about 5 years old, he found himself getting harshly corralled once more... this time into a trailer, which he immediately started to kick at with his hooves as he was driven from the farm outside of Providence into the place itself. Friends: Twilight doesn't have very many friends, he's not very trusting and so it takes him awhile to warm up to someone. However should you treat him and his ladies right, he might warm up to you. Enemies: Anyone who dares to threaten himself, or those he holds close to him. He will not show mercy and would fight to the death to protect those he loves. Lovers: Twilight is still a young stallion, though for now Fleur is the sole key holder to his heart. |

Noble Enigma | Noble Enigma was born on a well known Dressage farm out in California where he was raised and trained up until 4 years old when the time came for him to get saddle broken and trained. Once that was done the owners began looking for a buyer for Iggy, knowing they couldn't keep all of the horses they bred. Once they did find a buyer, the first thing Iggy had to go through was being gelding. Within the first few months of Iggy being with his new owner, he found that he didn't click very well with them, not to mention they had dogs. Dogs that Iggy was terrified of because they would chase him around in his field. He ending up accidentally hurting one of the dogs and it seemed that was the last straw for this new owner and so he was shipped off, sent to sale where he bounced around from sales barn to sales barn. eventually being sent to providence where he still somehow remains hopeful to find that one person to click with. During his life in a sales barn though, Iggy developed some bad habits of being left along for too long with no entertainment. He would kick his stall, crib or even pace relentlessly until something came by to catch his attention. He doesn't like being stalled for days on end, but so long as he gets out to stretch his legs he is fine. He just simply misses being useful and able to do something. Friends: So long as someone is kind and has a treat, Noble can make friends with them. Enemies: This would be anyone who gives off a weird vibe or Noble deems untrustworthy, especially when he is around his favorite people or little ones. Lovers: He is a gelding, he doesn't really have that drive. |

Poetry In Motion | Poetry was born the daughter of two top eventing contenders. Growing up she was handled with care, being quite expensive at even a young age that she could have even been considered royalty at the breeding barn. Once she was a yearling, Poetry was sent south to North Carolina for training, they took it easy with the filly and often found that she needed a special lock on her stall or else she'd escape, getting into the indoor arena normally and just about giving everyone a heart attack when they couldn't find her. She took to training well and seemed to flourish there, needing to have things switched up quite a bit in order to keep her brain focused on the work at hand. When she was three she even started work with backing, having run into some trouble there as she didn't quite like the feeling of some of the people on her back, they were normally too rough with their hands or they sat too heavily on her back. When Poetry was about three in a half, she was being shipped to a show when the truck driving her there was cut off by a younger person, causing the driver to loose control of the vehicle and slam into a wall. The engine had caught fire and with it being a windy day, it hadn't taken long before the fire had spread to the trailer, catching in the hay, before they were able to pull the terrified chestnut form te metal contraption. She was taken to the closest hospital for equine and spent quite a bit of time there, having slight troubles with rehabilitation due to her skittish behavior around anyone. She was normally kept slightly tranquilized so that she could hear from the burn on her face, along with some of the cuts she'd received from the trailer sides during the crash. Once she was healed, she was labeled unworkable, cowering in the back of a stall, rearing up at anyone that tried to get near her and just generally terrified of anything and everything. She wasn't the same horse at all. Now she's stuck in a Sales barn all the way in Providence after bouncing around from home to home, her fears getting worse and her overall trust of people diminishing. Should anyone want to take a chance on her they would need to be patient with her and kind, working slowly to gain her trust of people again. Poetry never used to be so terrified of everything. She used to be a sweet, brave horse who would do anything asked of her without any questions. She had trained well and even been quite the outgoing, even silly horse. That is until a trailer accident when she was three. After that she was terrified of just about everything, couldn't stand to be handled, would absolutely refuse to get into a trailer unless tranquilizers were used in low dosage on her. Her world became something to fear, though deep down inside there is still a flame that just needs a little bit of help and some stroking to start burning again. For even through everything, Poetry still loved to jump, it seemed to be the one thing she was always good at. That and escaping. Should someone get her to come out of her shell and trust them enough, she would be very close to them. To the point of having slight anxiety issues should she be away from them for too long. It might take a while to get the brave little mare back from her current state of constant fear, but Poetry would do anything for someone she trust. She certainly is a one person horse and wouldn't stand for anyone else handling her but the one she bonds with. Friends: Should one be trustworthy enough and patient enough to take their time around her. Poetry could make friends with anyone, just so long as they are not loud or do quick movements. Enemies: Once Poetry deems someone a friend, she would protect them with her entire being, even if it meant facing something that scares her to death. Lovers: Whomever her owner deems good enough for her really, she's not really thought about this part much. Threads Save Me From The Madness - Eddie & Sawyer// Active |

Olivia Keeley | Liv grew up in Texas, so she started riding at a young age, living with her parents just outside of Austin for about 18 years before she finally went off to work at a ranch. Her mother died in a car accident when Liv was seventeen, the same car accident was the one that broke her Fibula and Tibia in her left leg. That same leg gives her trouble whenever rain is due that day or when the temperature starts to drop, often keeping her from riding as much as she wants. When her leg gives her issues, she'll develop a small limp, though she has medication for those times that she'll take to mask the pain, especially when she has to be on her feet all day. While Liv was working at a ranch by the time she was Twenty-four, she'd bought her first horse. He was a Friesian x Quarter horse Buckskin colt that was blind in his left eye. The colt was just shy of two years old and only really had ground manners. Over the next two years she worked him over ground and gained his trust, love and respect. To this day though, even after moving to Firefly Falls, she has yet to really ride him, though she did start his training to get used to saddle equipment, due to his blindness in his left eye, it's taken way longer than expected. Liv hopes to find someone who might be able to help her get Short fully trained with taking a saddle. Olivia has quite a bright outlook on the world, however even with her optimistic view, she knows about the dark alley ways and the dark corners of the world. She's quite stubborn and has a spite fire attitude, which can often lead to heated arguments in which her stubborn nature has no will to back down. Despite the fiery attitude, Olivia is calm, patient and caring. Overly caring to the point that she sometimes get the nick-name 'Mother Hen'. She's more likely to put others before herself, even if she's down in the dumps and under the weather. Now when it comes to her friends, family and horse, Olivia will defend them like no other. It doesn't matter whose face she needs to get in to protect those she cares about. Going after someone close to her would be like messing with a wild animal's cub. Threads |
