This week has been bad culminating in a weekend where I took a Xanax and slept for 24 hours straight. While I should feel refreshed and ready to go, I’m not. I feel more crazy than ever which just won’t do right now considering I have two tests this week and next week and projects due.
I already skipped class this morning because of panic attacks. I’ll get myself evened out but I need to take a step back from the fun things for right now.
